2)बवासीर मस्से (अर्श): मेंहदी के पत्तों को पानी के साथ पीसकर गुदाद्वार पर लगाकर लंगोट बांधे। इससे बवासीर के मस्से सूख कर गिर जाते हैं।

1)Pumpkin seed ka 10gram sewan roj kare jinka hair fall ho raha hai chahe umar koi bhi ho 10saal se uper wale. Powder ke form me ya raw jese aap ko acha lage subha subha nasta karne ke 1 gante baad ya lunch ke baad halke ghungune pani ke sath.

2)Pet saaf kare iske liye aap Trifala powder ka sewan kare raat ko sone se tik phele wo bhi lagbhag 45 din lagatar upyog kare .

3)Ab baat karte hai baalo par kya lagaye

a)Alsi ke beej (2tea spoon)

b)Kalonji ke beej (1 tea spoon)

c)Methi ke beej ( 1 tea spoon)
In teeno ke beejo ko 2 cup pani me daal kar sim gas par itni der garam kare jab tak ye 1 cup na reh jae.Jab ek cup bache to thanda hone par ek glass ki bottle me chaan kar bhar  le .
d)Upog kese karna raat ko sone se phele halke hatho se massage kare apni ungliyo ki madad se
