4)Lunch khane se phele bhi pet bhar salad khae wo natural form me bina namak masale ke fir 30 min ke baad khana kha le .(Khana Ho sake to mitti ke bartan me pakae roti bhi mitti ke tawe par kyo iska jawab use karne ke baad aapko khud mil jaega )

7)Is niyam ko 3 mahine se lekar jindagi bhar ke liye apna le apki dawaiya khud chut jaegi apka doctor khud apko diabete ki dawai lene se mana kar dega .
8) Is niyam se jab aap khana khana shuru kar dete hai tab aapko 7 se 15 din me apni diabetes normal hote huwe dekhne mil jati hai bas jarrut hai to ek kadam nature ki taraf .Nature se bada doctor na koi tha na koi hoga .

9)Rasoi ko badalo .
a) Sendha namak khae hamesha aur pure ghar ka khana isi me banaye.(iodine  wala namak sehat ke liye tik nahi hai is jankari ko aap Google par search kar sakte hai )
b)Sugar ki jagah Gud ya badi dhage wali mishri use kare.
c) Refined oil jehar ki tarah hai isko bhi aap google par search kare. Iski jagah physical Refined kiya oil ya ghar ka bana desi ghee use kare jese purane time me log kiya karte the.
d)In teen cheezo ko aap badal de jivan bhi badal jaega .
10)Diabetic patients jike per ka body me khahi bhi nasur foda ho jata hai wo sabhi is link par click kare.
